We fitted a 3.5kw and 2 x 2.5kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems to 3 bedrooms in a home at Clarborough. Just in time for our few days of ‘summer’ we finally got this week!
They required a cooling solution mainly for their bedroom in the loft. Having not lived there very long and us having a poor summer they didn’t know how hot it got up there, until a recent hot odd day we had!!
They wanted to be able to sleep more comfortably without having to open windows and having fans that would just blow the warm air around. Having an en-suite off a couple of the bedrooms the systems will also work as a dehumidifier too and take the moisture out of the air from showering.
They opted for air conditioning due to its efficient cooling capabilities, just what they needed.
- All pipework and electrics have been neatly run through the eaves and encased with trunking where required.
We hope they will now be able to sleep comfortably whatever the weather.
This system is WiFi enabled so it can be controlled via an app on the phone and also a remote control.
A++ energy rated so very efficient to run.
